About Sanora Skin

Sanora Skin aesthetic

Sanora Skin was created with a simple idea — skincare can be honest, thoughtful, and beautifully simple.

Every bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches using carefully chosen oils and ingredients. Rather than relying on complex additives or overly formulations, Sanora Skin focuses on what truly matters: high-quality ingredients, traditional soap-making methods, and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Our soaps are made through the cold-process method, which allows the natural qualities of oils and butters to remain intact while creating a gentle and nourishing cleanse for the skin. Each ingredient has a purpose, and every batch is made with patience and care.

Sanora Skin is not about mass production or shortcuts. It is about bringing thoughtful craftsmanship back into something we use every day.

Founder’s Note

Prachi crafting soap

From as early as I can remember, I have always found ways to express myself through making things by hand. Afternoons at home often meant sitting quietly with paper, colors, ribbons, or cardboard, turning the simplest objects into something new.

Creativity was never something separate from everyday life. My mother ran a hand-embroidery business, and growing up around her work naturally drew me into that world. Working patiently with my hands, watching something beautiful emerge stitch by stitch, became something I deeply enjoyed.

Years later, quite by chance, I came across cold-process soap making. What began as a simple experiment quickly became a medium of creation — something I could design, shape, and craft with intention, while also being something useful in everyday life.

At its heart, Sanora Skin grew from this desire for creative expression. It is a space where craftsmanship, curiosity, and joy in making come together.

Our Soap Making Process

Sanora Skin soaps are made using the traditional cold-process method, a technique that has been used in soap making for centuries.

Unlike industrial soaps that are manufactured quickly, cold-process soaps require patience. Each batch must cure for 4-6 weeks, allowing excess moisture to evaporate and the soap to become milder and longer lasting.

During this time, the bar develops its final texture, hardness, and skin feel. The result is a soap that is gentle, balanced, and rich in naturally occurring glycerin.
