Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are meticulously prepared and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shared with our courier partners, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days for standard shipping to arrive.
As a boutique studio, we take pride in the personal attention given to every package. While this artisanal approach requires time, we are constantly working to ensure your order is delivered at the earliest possible moment.

Delivery & Resilience
We partner with reliable courier aggregators to ensure a smooth transition from our studio to your home. Please note that as we are not a shipping provider ourselves, we are not liable for external delays. However, we are always available to assist in coordinating with the aggregator should your order encounter any issues.
Missing Deliveries: If you receive a delivery notification but the parcel is not in your possession, please notify us immediately. Due to courier partner policies, we have a strict 48-hour window to investigate such claims. Beyond this period, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please share a continuous, unedited unboxing video of the package and products within 48 hours of receipt. This essential documentation allows us to pursue a claim with the aggregator and find a resolution for you.
Returns & Finality
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our artisanal soaps, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has left our supervision, ensuring that every bar received by our customers remains untainted.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been dispatched, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
